The Long Island Bead Festival was born at the turn of the millennium. It was the first local event of it’s kind in the Long Island area. The well established, twice yearly show continues to draw vendors from all over the country providing retail and wholesale opportunities to purchase beads and findings from all over the world under one well lit, climate controlled, easily accessible and centrally located roof.

The Long Island Bead Festival is located at the IBEW Local 25 Union Center Banquet Hall,
370 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge, NY 11788.
The banquet hall is one large, well lit, clean, climate controlled space that is easily accessible with ample free parking and is centrally located on Long Island, NY.

Each show presents almost every kind of bead and finding you could ever want or need…and then some!

Examples include artisan lampwork, crystal and glass of all kinds, semi-precious and precious stone, silver, gold, pewter and metals of all kinds, horn, wood, shell, pearls, bone, fossil, seed beads, kits and much more!

Online registration is not necessary. Admission is $5 payable at the door on the day of the show and you’re ready to shop all day!

 

The show is Open to the Public therefore no special credentials are required to attend for retail purchases.

Please bring copies of a valid sales tax number from your bead, jewelry, and/or craft related business. Consider each vendor booth as a separate sales entity. It is up to the discretion of each vendor as to whether he/she chooses to sell wholesale and to set possible wholesale minimum purchase amounts.

Each vendor booth is a separate sales entity. Forms of payment are up to the discretion of each individual vendor. We suggest that you bring cash, business/personal checks and credit cards to meet the varied payment requirements of each vendor.
